PERSONAL TRAINING

We offer bespoke 1-2-1 personal training sessions which can be carried out either in our gym or in the comfort of your own home.  Our easy to use booking system allows you to schedule or amend your sessions from your phone or computer day or night.

We also offer packages which provide excellent value for money and are a great way to stay motivated and accountable. The sessions will be tailor made to suit your abilities and goals.  Whether it's free weights, boxing, resistance, cardio or mobility we will ensure you get the most out of your sessions!
